Francesco Fagnani lives in Calenzano (Florence). He started his career as a satiric illustrator and author for the weekly magazine "Cuore". He also worked for "Linus", "Il Clandestino" and the newspaper "Il Manifesto". He illustrated books for children for the publishing houses EL (collection I Corti), Giunti (Progetti educativi), ADN Kronos Libri (collection Prima Scelta, Guide ad occhi aperti), Disney (Buenavista). He made the CD-Roms "Oliver" and "Sogni d'Oliver" (Premio Andersen 2001) for Intermedia MMH - Liguori Editore. He also realized drawings for Amnesty International, WWF, CGIL, L.A.V. and Hamelin Association. He works in the advertising field.
