Felicia Kingsley was born in 1987, lives in the province of Modena, and works as an architect. With Newton Compton, she has published Matrimonio di convenienza; Stronze si nasce; Una Cenerentola a Manhattan; Due cuori in affitto, which is set to become a TV series for Prime Video in 2027; La verità è che non ti odio abbastanza; Prima regola: non innamorarsi; Bugiarde si diventa; Non è un paese per single, now a feature film on Prime Video; Ti aspetto a Central Park; Una ragazza d'altri tempi; Una conquista fuori menù, L'amante perduta di Shakespeare, Scandalo a Hollywood – winner of the 2026 Premio Selezione Bancarella – and Mezzanotte a Parigi; the short novels Il mio regalo inaspettato and Appuntamento in terrazzo; and the novellas Innamorati pazzi and Lo Spezzacuori. She also created the reading diary Booklover and the relationship-mishaps journal Ex Files. Recognized as the most-read author in Italy for three consecutive years, with over 4 million copies sold, she won the TikTok Book Awards Author of the Year in 2024, the Premio Hemingway Lignano for the Future in 2025, and the Premio Sicilia in 2026. Her novels are published in twenty-one countries, and she ranks among the most followed Italian female writers on social media.
