Marco Magnone was born in Asti in 1981 and lives between Monferrato and Turin. He is the author of the novels La mia estate Indaco (Mondadori), Lena, acciuga di montagna (Solferino), Fino alla fine del fiato (Mondadori), La guerra di Celeste (Mondadori), Noi siamo fuoco (Mondadori), Love shall not. Farfalle (co-authored with Manlio Castagna, Il Castoro), La notte delle lucciole (Mondadori), and the essay L'Europa in viaggio (ADD editore). Together with Fabio Geda, he co-authored the Berlin saga and the noir novel Il lato oscuro della luna. He teaches at the Scuola Holden in Turin and at the Università Cattolica in Milan, and regularly collaborates with schools, bookstores, libraries, and festivals dedicated to reading education.
